Born on Main Street, baked with purpose
Bobby's Bagels started with a simple belief: that a great bagel doesn't need a fancy location — it needs great ingredients, patient hands, and the kind of attention that can't be rushed.
Every morning, our dough is mixed, shaped, boiled, and baked right here at 47 Main St. We source local dairy for our cream cheese and mill our own flour blends. The result is a bagel with a crust that sings and a crumb that holds everything together.
